Alright so since there's going to be many of the traditional turkey stuffing dinners over the holidays I want to try and make something a little bit different, here's what the menu might look like:

Appetizer - Snowman Cheese Ball (with crackers, bread etc.)
Entre(?) - Butternut Squash Soup
Main & Sides - Turkey Breast with Wild Rice, Honey Cinnamon Carrots, Rosemary Potatoes
Dessert - Raspberry Pana Cotta

I'm a little iffy about the carrots and potatoes, any other ideas?

Sounds like you are off to an awesome start!! Can I come over!!!
Some suggestions. Both rice and potatoes are a starch. I would substitute a green veggie for one of them. Perhaps a simple green bean dish.
I like green beans in a pecan/bearnaise sauce (jar or mix). I sampled it at Trader Joes and it is awesome!
Just chop and toast a few pecans, mix with the heated bearnaise sauce, then toss with the cooked and drained green beans (not overcooked).
It is a very simple but elegant dish and would really compliment either the rice or the potatoes and add some color to the meal.
Carrots sound good as well, lots of nice color!!!
YUM!
Blessings!

I think you have a few too many flavors going on there. I would dump the honey cinnamon carrots (if you're like me, you like the natural taste of carrots anyway). Stick with the turkey breast and the soup. Then add a salad of baby greens, toasted walnuts and dried cranberries, with a vinegarete. Since you are having wild rice, why add the extra carbs of the potatos. Easier on you and the guests.
Desert sounds wonderful!

This sounds great to me. Yes you need something green. Maybe a salad or asparagus, or green beans, green peas.
Butternut squash soup sounds good take off the question mark.

if you have rice, potatoes would be too much ! Instead of potatoes, I would serve a fresh mixed green salad!
give it an italian note with lettuce, rucola, raddichio, cherry tomatoes, french onion.

Cinammon Carrots sounds very original, so I would serve, too!

have you thought about a nice light creamy sauce?
good luck !

Adding green beans is right. The soup is good. Try an Autumn salad, has fruit and blue cheese.

Sounds good. Since you have a lot of different flavors going on there I would go with a simple salad of spring mix with a light vinaigrette. It sounds yummy!

i could upload products that are crispy and tangy which includes a brilliant green salad with green goddess dressing, or maybe coleslaw. you additionally can do a great vast fruit salad once you're waiting to get good sparkling fruit. hollow out some pineapples and positioned the salad in pineapple boats! yet another exciting element to do is to miniature sourdough bread rounds, hollow them out and make chili bread bowels. that would circulate nicely with your cheese dip. warm tortillas are truly good with chili too! you additionally can do some categories of chili, like black bean, or truly exceedingly spiced chili! comprise a "toppings" bar like for baked potatoes: bitter cream, green onion, salsa, cheese. For dessert, a strawberry shortcake and tarts could be my proper %.! something decadent and dense ... and of direction do not forget the suitable beverages - once you're serving alcohol, beer and margaritas. For non-drinkers, lime or lemonade.

Sounds yummy! I think the carrots and potatoes sound delicous but since you're iffy about them, you could do a cassarole? Green bean cassarole is my absolute favorite. :-)
