Just plain simple butter. Although the so called low fat spreads may have slightly less fat, they are loaded with chemicals.

Pure butter. You don't want to use margarine or anything else with hydrogenated oils. They are bad for your heart and liver.

Butter is one of the purest foods out there. They over-reacted with that whole cholesterol thing back in the late 80s and now a bunch of people are still under the impression that butter and eggs will drive your cholesterol up. Which they don't. If you have high cholesterol lay off the red meat.

Definitely not butter.
Probably one of the cholesterol reducing spreads would be the healthiest, although they are a bit expensive.
Whatever they say, only an expert can really tell the difference in taste and after a day or two, you wouldn't know anyway.

butter???? no way! full of saturated fats! not good for health, benicol spread, any spreads fortified with omega 3 fish oils, etc etc, but deffo not butter salted or un salted :) i have butter as a treat on toast but thats only xmas ...each to their own i guess... but that wudnt be my choice , i use (im from the uk) flora with omega 3

in the uk most Hydrogenerated fats are banned now, just check the labels :) thanks xx

Butter - all the spreads and margarines are one step away from being total plastic in their manufacture.

Brummel & Brown is a spread made from yogurt. It tastes great and is quite healthy.

Butter. It's a natural product with no trans fats.
Use sparingly though, or have it as a treat.

use a dairy free spread as it has been proven that to much dairy products are not good for you. I use pura which is soya based or dairy free vitalite.
