There is an open-source software called the Gimp, that allows you to edit and modify pictures in any way you see fit. Many professionals use Photoshop, but that costs a lot of money. I don't know if there are any programmes that will do it automatically for you or not, so my best suggestion would be to use the Gimp, it doesen't cost anything and it's a fairly easy to use software.

The best known is Photoshop CS3 for around $700 or more. Before that was Photoshop CS2 and CS. Then there is the entry level software's called Photoshop Elements 5 and 6. These are $100.
There is a software that you can download for free called GIMP. It does the same thing as Photoshop, but it's completly free.
Hope this helped.

The BEST photo software is Photoshop ... to do what you want to do, you'll need to buy the Photoshop CS3 for professionals. You should be able to get it through any good 'software' store or any good computer store, although I'd try looking online first, because it's VERY expensive, and you'll probably get it at the least cost through an online store.

Reboot your computing gadget. while the BIOS lots up it is going to on the spot you to press F2 or F8 or another function key. once you press that key it is going to boost a menu. go with risk-free Mode. Now there could be a consumer Account named "Administrator". click that and you could now bypass into the administration Panel and consumer bills to alter/delete passwords. you additionally could make new bills with Administrator powers.

I personally would call a professional, as they above anyone would likely have the most knowledge on the subject. If they are a true professional, they would have no problem giving the information.
