jogged lightly for 20 minutes before breakfast.
breakfast - big bowl of wholegrain cereal + skim milk.
I wasn't hungry at all until lunch..So I didn't bother having my midmorning snack. (why eat if your not hungry??)
then for lunch I had nonfat strawberry yogurt+granola..A kind of big bowl of it, it filled me up anyways. But then after I just grabbed a banana.. not sure why.. lol.
For dinner we're planning on having chicken.. with the skin on. Should I make a separate meal? I've already kinda ate a lot today. Im not hungry..But Im concerned about what I already ate and what I am going to eat. Help?
Oh and should I do more exercise?
Keep in mind I'm 13.. I used to be really chunky but now I'm 125 lbs and 5'3. I don't like exercising too much but I force myself to at least do 20 minutes in the morning. + I do 50 situps, leg-ups and 100 trunk rotations after jogging and again 2 hrs after dinner.

Lol your weight is fine you should feel happy im 5,10 and I weigh 270 and i need to lose weight. But you are doing fine.

You should eat 6 small meals a Day eat each of the food groups also dont always look at this get this.

read the ingridantes if it says High Fructose Cornsyrup its bad for you. You dont have to keep pushing yourself in exercise heres my suggestions The Best things to do is.

A Fast Walk for long distance to actully burn the fat or try swimming laps or doing things like jogging steps.

But I Would eat then exercise so you can burn off most of your food.

And your weight is fine for your height.

Note when I was 13 I weighed 185 [Man I wish those days ><] and i was around 5,8 1/2 maybe.

And i cant stress this enough DO NOT eat before you go to bed thats how i gained all my weight. You shouldnt eat anything 4 hours before you go to bed.

Hope this helps :) Trust me as a fat guy I've heard it all lol.

it rather is a mix of issues--customarily that's too little exercising (as a results of too plenty convenience of "non-actual" events and pastimes, loss of proper social places TO get exercising like parks and sidewalks, etc.) and having nutrition thank you to handy. Plus we are consistently uncovered to it---billboards, television/Radio, eating place classified ads, in line at verify-out counters, merchandising machines, on line. once you're consistently uncovered to it, you are going to be consistently questioning approximately it. And the greater you think of approximately something, the greater you will have a tendency to work together in even if it rather is you're questioning approximately--nutrition, activities, television, etc.. i truly hate that area of united states of america. we are so extreme; that's the two those "well being-nuts" who're smitten by monitoring each and every thing or those people who do not understand or do not care and are smitten by ingesting each and every thing. Then there are human beings like me, who grew up around the two forms of people, and now I have no concept myself truly a thank you to handle issues like nutrition and for this reason conflict plenty. i understand what's healthy and good, and countless of the time i will stick to it, yet often times seeing classified ads for a effective chocolate cake or somebody else ingesting it, I start to think of, "i've got been truly healthy recently. and that i've got been putting countless time into college. Plus I merely aced that massive examination... perhaps I deserve it." and then that piece of chocolate cake will become 2 products, and growth I (somebody who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles a number of circumstances each and every week plus potential trains) merely grow to be between the lazy human beings. it rather is a curler coaster. and that i could truly opt for to get off.

you are consuming far too much carbs. your first 2 meals where about 90% carbohydrates. you need to increase your lean protein intake (egg whites, fish, skinless poultry, etc.) and consume more low GI high fiber carbs like oatmeal, beans, lentils, etc.
