I would call it - a 'White Elephant.'

Too many technical problems involved with such a thing. Ground-pressure, strategic mobility, maintainability, speed, armor protection, mass to absorb recoil etc.

I believe it was already invented. It was the "Mother" Mark IV tank of WW I. Tank cannon and lots of gun ports. At the time it was big and scary!

The current US military term would be IFV, (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) The US M-2 Bradley, Soviet BMP, German Marder and the Israel Merkava are modern examples.
