you are talking about reducing either the acidity in your stomach or the acidity in your blood. To reduce acidity in your stomach you can use:
antacids (Tums, MgOH, AlOH)
proton-pump inhibtors (omeprazole)
H2-Receptor Antagonists (Ranetidine)
Antacids would work the fastest and should have minimal side effects

Reducing the acidity in your blood would be a lot harder, and have more adverse effects. Can't think of a good reason you would want to do this, but consulting a medical practioner first is strongly recommended. Possible ways include taking certain drugs (eg some diuretics like hydro chloro thiazide), or ingesting alkaline drugs (NaHCO3), or breathing faster.

If you are talking about stomach acid, you have plenty of answers. If you are talking about acid is the body as a whole, then like stated above, breath more and eliminate those things that hinder breathing, (smoking, allergens).
There has been much Malarkey/HooHaw/B.S. about some herbal remedies curing an acid body. Your body has automatic mechanisms to control acid production and elimination if it is just kept healthy.

Under a doctor's guidence. How would you know if your body has an acidity imbalance? To consider such a thing is not a normal concern. See a physician.

Take longer slower deeper breaths. As CO2 builds up in your system, your pH levels decrease. Normal human pH is anywhere from 7.35 to 7.45. A variant of 0.3 either way is not life sustaining
