I think maybe you mean bloated, usually caused by what you have eaten, sometimes can be a viral issue. Suggest that peppermint herbal tea (plain, no sugar) is a very good way to ease bloat.

A bloated stomach is most commonly caused by gas trapped on the stomach usually after eating foods high in
iron. I have found that if I take a beano before eating some of these foods I feel much better. Other foods are also salads,
beans, and foods with vitamin K .

Ginger is also very good for digestion, which might help. I guess overeating will make you feel like that, too.
