I'll try to answer this as best I can: Whitetails will move with a small amount of wind (0-10 mph). Gusty wind keeps deer moving way from exposed areas. Deer rely on thier nose to detect danger, so areas where wind will affect smell the most (tops of hills, ridges, fields, etc) are places deer will avoid. Expect deer to stay deep in valleys or holed up in clearcut areas with lots of cover. During gun seasons though, anything can happen because hunters are pushing deer out of thier comfort zones and way from danger--usually only to walk into more danger. Even so, deer will try to seek as much cover as possible. Good luck hunting, and your English.

C'mon, guys. Not everybody is a native English-speaker.
Deer, like most herbivores, get a bit nervous when the wind interferes with their normal ability to smell and hear predators. They'll move less and be more wary when they do.

A whitetail will move around in the wind. You will have to hope though that they are up-wind from you. You will have to take relatively close shots. The wind will deviate your bullet and you may have quite a bit of trouble unless you are an excellent marksman.

That sound like ideal searching climate to me, the rain gets them up feeding, seek for a sturdy nutrition source and you may see diverse deer flow. greenbacks will pass while there are much less predators out(human beings), subsequently they bypass nocturnal or pass throughout storms, be interior the woods!
