This is something serious to cosult to your vet. It opened it's eyes, that early?
I think you need to get that pup to the vet ASAP, before the situation gets any worse.

I know a lady who's got a blind poodle. It's amazing to see it wander round the house without bumping into anything. Even round the garden. It can have a quality life just as much as a seeing puppy. Obviously they don't move things around in the house or the garden. Similar to a blind persons home.
It's sense of smell and hearing are going to be waaaaaaaaaaaay better than seeing dogs. Don't get rid of it just cos it's blind. Or try to find someone who will give it the care it needs.

I have a blind dog and he does fine. Start his training very early, it is important that he knows, sit, down, stay, stop. for his own protection. My blind guy is now going deaf.
It does mean that furniture can't be moved around often, because they learn the placement and know where they are by where things are. I can tell when my guy gets up he sometimes confuses one door with another and is waiting at the closet door to go outside. And now that he can't hear he does not do well, following the sound of our voice. But we just have to be more patient. But I guarantee he can find his placemat when the food is coming up.

You need to have the vet see the pup. Its possible that through oxygen deprivation the pup is blind... I've rescuscitated many pups and have never had that happen (although I'm usually doing mouth to snout rescuscitation within a minute of birth if I can't get it squeaking). With that sort of O2 deprivation there are often other neurological issues such as spinning in one direction...

Oh take him to the vet! There could be a cause that could be fixed if you STOP WASTING TIME ON THE INTERNET. For example, if due to high blood pressure, Norvasc can re-attach the retinas. But it has to be done very soon!
Get off your lazy butt and get that puppy to the vet! In fact you should have the whole family checked.

There is nothing wrong with having a blind dog. You just need to have patience with him.

How old is the pup? Dogs don't see until they are about three weeks old.

Please call your VET ASAP! Get the help your puppies deserve.
What went wrong is that you irresponsibly bred your dog without any idea what you were doing. Shame on you!
