A coworker of mine told me this girl thought i was cute and at that time i didn't know she had a boyfriend. I was chatting with a coworker when she passed by and i stopped the conversation , called out her name and told her she looked nice today. She said "thanks" and turned really, really red.
It seems like one of her coworker is trying to push me towards her but i feel uncomfortable knowing she has a b/f.

Getting involved with a coworker is dangerous. If it doesn't work out you will still be working together. That will be uncomfortable. However, if this is a teenage job where you might move on easily, then it's different.
But, it she has a bf, then leave her alone. Just treat her like you would other coworkers. And you might want to tell the other coworker to mind his/her own business.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable, dont do it. Just because someone is pushing doesnt mean you have to go along with it. A perfect example of peer pressure.
In my personal opinion, knowing she has a boyfriend I would back off. If you truly like her, see how things work out between the two of them. I wouldnt go after someone thats taken, cheating is a horrid thing.

Well I would just wait it out you never know what will happen in time, but don't be too like all over her because whether or not she thinks your cute she might think you are a jerk if you know about her having a b/f and your hitting on her so just have patience and good luck to you!!

If she has a bf stay away and let her approach you but don't get all caught up if she's flirting an playing around while she still has a bf or you'll be the next bf and there will be another guy asking this question:)

put it in her boyfriend's shoes. would you want a guy saying that to your girlfriend? Just people say stuff like that sometimes, remember that karma will find you if you aren't being a half way decent person about situations such as this... and from what I can see you are doing quite well handling this situation and not making it something that she or her boyfriend might feel threatened by...

She wouldn't be talking to you if she wasn't interested.
Talk to her and see where her mind and heart is.If it seems she's not really happy with her bf then offer her more than he is. Find out what he's doing wrong and do the opposite if you really want to be with this girl.

You need to be careful if she has a BF. You will need to find out how serious it is, and if you will be causing a problem. You would not want anyone moving in on you. Talk to her, take your time and she will tell you were she is coming from.

it's normal for girls to still check out guys even if she has a bf
i mean ask your self, when youhave a gf, does that mean your eyes stop wandering?
as bad as it sounds, as long as nothing physical happens then it's not cheating
if she thinks you are cute, just play along

I would just try getting to know her a little better. Odds are, you'll find out. But it sounds like she doesn't and is obviously interested in you.
