Nah! Not at all, you see that this, "Made in His image" thing, refers to mind, body and soul. Or Id, Ego, and Super Ego, or for such a simple mind let's say conscience, subconsience and body. What imperfections you have and are, or the imperfections of any or all in humanity is not relatable, transferable, nor negotiable with to an already Perfect Being.
Heaven is praised by His Presence, and no, you are not alone. God made mankind lower than angels, yet higher than the animal world. But, so wonderous is that tadpoles and butterflies have already been born again. You must be too. That is if you really want to understand things of the Spirit, then your spirit must be enlightened by His Spirit. Kinda simple. Oh, no! Not you, I am referring to the obvious that neither you nor I are perfect beings, and I find it rather a source of potential to be found made after His Image, rather than taking a snide and juvenile approach to it. If anyone is to be ashamed of such association, or felt short changed, or embarrassed, or recoil, He should feel the such for us and not we repulsed by Him.
Once again, God doesnot slobber, nor does He have the faults, whether mental, spiritual, nor physical that we as humans have. See, you are not alone. We are all perfectly imperfect. Only our design and intent is perfect, that is if we strive to perfect it ourselves. If not then we all will someday stand before an eternal and perfect Being, and rest assured there will be more than just drool and slobber wanting to be shed by some simpleton's body. No bony little fingers of accusation, nor mockery will suffice in that day...just the knocking of knees together in realization....oops! I think I messed up. And in retort, one might hear "Yeah, Me Too!" come from the Ancient of Days. But one thing for certain, you are not alone, nor am I.

Not necessarily. Suppose being "created in God's image" means more than just physically?

If you were truly made in God's image you wouldn't be posting such ridiculous things on the internet...or anywhere else...

Your spirit within is what's in God's image; your physical body and its habits are not.
