Take time to say 'I'm sorry,'
'Please forgive me,' 'Thank you,' or 'It's okay.'
And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about to day.

Altruism, wisdom, compassion, and other virtuous deeds can be done w/o the "support chains" and forwards. As a matter of fact, telling someone you care about them altruistically, is far more personal than a forward. Don't you agree?
