If you have a strict outlook on cheating and find it unacceptable then break it off. Stick to your morals. But if you're uncertain on the situation and really want to try things over again you can go ahead and give it a shot. I personally believe that cheating the first time may be considered an accident, but after that it's a choice. If she pulls this on you again then dump her immediately. Don't let her take advantage of you. I've seen a friend go through it with a past girlfriend and it just about ruined him.
