I worked with lions, tigers, leopards and other big cats at a rescue for over 7 years. I hand raised several lions and this involved spending hours EVERY day and night with them. Not one of them was safe as an adult. It is not possible to tame a big cat. They are wild animals and hand rearing them does not make them domesticated. Each of the lions i hand raised became dangerous as an adult. There are exceptions, but just google lion and tiger "pet" attacks on their owners. If you are serious about wanting to work with them, check out and see if there are any parks or rescues in your area.
