I am only reselling individual items I bough from ebay that I dont need anymore. I paid sales tax for each item so do i still need to deal with sales tax if I re-sell these ebay things I dont want anymore? Thanks guys

Actually, you need to register with the Board of Equalization, Not FTB. If you buy in bulk for resale on eBay, you should not be charged sales tax if you provide your resale number.

You need to register for sales tax with the FTB (OK, Board of Equalization). You then may make tax-free purchases for resale. You must collect tax on all sales that are delivered in CA. Handling fees are taxable but shipping charges are not, at least in CA. However if you don't split them out you must charge and pay sales tax on the combined total.
