Um...usually you win lotto by buying a ticket. If you didn't, it's probably a scam trying to get your credit card number - good thing you don't have one to give them.

its a scam, they phish for your personal information and then rip you off. don't respond to it or send a copy of it to the fraud department of your local police force.
