Adobe Photshop, Ulead Phot Impact, Corel Photo, Jac, and many more

I love Photo Shop Pro. I have version 8 but version11 is now out. You can go to Corel's website and download it for a trial period.

There is also a lady who runs online classes to learn how to use PSP8 and PSP9 Which I think you can still download and pay for..

Avoid Photoshop.
Avoid GIMP.
Avoid Picasa.
Try Irfanview.
Try Xnview.

I love Google's free software called Picasa. It finds all your photos and makes it super easy to see them and select what you want to email, or post online, or anything you choose. I like Kodakgallery.com for posting online.

I found a program online for organizing photos and picture files. I really like it. It's called picassa. It detects image files from your computer and shows you thumbnails of them so you can have them at your fingertips.

you can use Adobe's Photoshop,but it is little bit difficult .alternatively you can use Picassa ,its a good software for photo editing and creation.another options are GIMP,EffexShop and PhotoImpact.

you can download it offline, it's free, and it doesn't take long to learn how to use!

I edit all my pictures with it
