Eat a small portion of oatmeal, fruit, and a glass of juice for breakfast and take a good multi vitamin. For lunch, have a peanut butter sandwich and an apple or banana, and for supper, have a skinless chicken breast and a vegetable of your choice, with a tossed green salad with low fat dressing. For in between snacks, try cottage cheese and pears. the key is exercises and stay away from fatty foods.

Yes you can. What will make you loose the most weight is exercising and keeping your metabloism high. So if you eat frequent low calorie meals 5 times a day your metabolism will burn more fat. However if you only eat one meal a day your metabolism will be low and store what you eat. I reccomend drinking lots of water, eating fruit and vegatables throughout the day to keep your metabolism high and then a small meal for dinner. Also there are negative calorie foods that actually take more energy for your body to process them than are actually in the food itself. Examples of negative calorie foods are pickles, cucumbers, spinache, brocolli, squash... you can find more on the internet. Hope this helps!

500 energy an afternoon isn't sufficient. you are able to lose some weight on the start, and then that's going to flow into starvation mode, and you will end dropping weight. you're a common person whether you think it or no longer, and that i'll purely inform you that on an identical time as the "healthful" way might take longer, you will save the load off. besides, dropping 10 pounds each week is unrealistic. on your case, you are able to probable lose 2-5 pounds each week. in case you reside diligent and consume 1200 energy an afternoon you will get on your purpose finally.

That could be possible.... but it's a bad idea! If you want to lose your weight for good, then you must play safe. Losing Only one pound a week is healthy, but if you lose more than that then your brain gets stressed and it WILL slow down the body in order to stay efficient. In the mean time it will also slow down your metabolism process which burns fat. You must trick the mind. Don't exercise everyday at the same time and at the same amount cuz ur body will adjust to it and again the metabolism gets slowed down, same thing with ur diet, I think this trick is called zig-zag or something... good luck

That is ridiculously unhealthy my dear. If you're exercising that much you nead 3-5 small meals a day with plenty of fiber and protein. Eat salads but put in grilled chicken or a low-fat, low calorie fish.

Five pounds is not a lot and in no way should you be harming your body for weight loss.

What you will mostly lose is water - plus 2.5 lbs is the recommended amount - if not, you'll be losing muscle mass, your skin will "sag" and you'll do overall damage to your body. You want to keep muscle - it's very important for the tone of your skin and your skin's appearance.

Starting better, eating lean protein, cut out the unhealthy carbs, keep some fat in your diet (if not you won't lose weight) and drink lots of water to flush out toxins. You might not lose the entire 5 lbs., but you'll look good.

Yeah, but you could also lose 5 lbs in one week by eating healthy, and working out regularly. Normally, people that go on diets lose the most weight in the first week. Starving yourself is stupid. Especially if you're going to be exercising. If you're exercising alot and not getting enough food, you'll end up over working yourself.

You may notice some weight loss, but it will come at a significant cost. You are starving your body's energy sources. Your body stores fat when it feels it is going into starvation mode, and you are not going to be able to fuel your body with the energy it needs to perform the workouts you are doing. Not a good idea to only eat one meal and drink nothing but water.
