I got the insurance with my travel agent. How much can I get back at this point? Can I get money back for my deposit and non-refundable flights since I got the insurance?

Most Cruise companies will grant refunds this far out depending on how you booked it. If you went to your standard travel agent they can help you. However, if you booked it yourself or through a discount service you may not get all of your deposit back. Non-refundable flights are exactly that. You many be able to get credit applicable towards a flight on a later date. Again it depends on how you booked them.

I do not know what level of trip insurance you have. Some top level policies will refund most of your money others will only refund money if you are physically unable to go through with it.

You have a lot of phoning to do. If you cannot get refunds try for credit.

It depends on the reason for the cancellation. If it is a covered reason then your insurance will pay. If it is not a covered reason, then your insurance will not pay.

From Royal Caribbean you will loose your deposit. Once you get down to 30 days you will loose 50% of the cruise cost.

You've got to check with your travel agent. I just had to cancel a flight on JetBlue. We got a $35.00 a person cancellation fee (4 of us at $140.00) They didn't refund our money, but I have a one year credit to fly anywhere in the US within the year from the date of cancellation. Good Luck.

All those questions can be answered by reading the cancellation agreement which you should have gotten when you booked the trip. If you haven't received them call the agent and ask for a copy. Please tell her at that time, you may need to cancel or at the very least reschedule the vacation.
