All cats have 4 legs each!

7 girls x 7 bags x 7 cats = 343 cats x 4 legs = 1,372 big cats' legs
343 cats x 7 small cats = 2,401 small cats x 4 legs = 9,604 small cats' legs
14 + 1,372 + 9,604 = 10,990 total legs (assuming there's no bus driver of course, 10,992 if there is a driver)

Yes = 1582 legs. No = 14 legs
unless there is a bus driver or more passengers
"hiphopgrandma" there are 7 bags with 7 cats inside ( big cats ) each big cat has 7 kittens ( small cats ) so that would be 224 legs in each bag. 224 legs per bag times 7 bags = 1568 + the 7 girls legs ( 14 ) = 1582

49 bags x 7 big cats each = 343 big cats
343 big cats x 4 legs each = 1372 big cat legs
343 big cats x 7 kittens = 2401 kittens
2401 kittens x 4 legs = 9604 kitten legs
7 kids x 2 legs = 14 kids legs
1372 big cat legs + 9604 kitten legs + 14 kids legs = 10990 legs.
There is a driver too so there would be 10992 legs.

7bags each girl w/ 7 big cats (28 legs per bag... 7x4=28) 28 x 7=196
7 small cats per 1 big cat = 7x4=28 legs of small cats per one big cat 28x7=196 legs of small cats per big cat
196x7=1372 legs of small cats
add legs of girls=14
add legs of big cats=196
1582 legs
