I mean like upload one of my pictures from our computer add funny stuff like text and images to it and then print it? Thanks

This sounds like a very complicated method of editing and enjoying photos. Why not just utilize a photo editing program on your system, do all you wish to "decorate" it, or use the photo or several photos to create fun projects such as calendars, colleges, slide shows, etc, and you can print many different types of projects straight from your computer system and the program you choose to create the project, without having to first upload it to a web server, then download it back to your system and then print it.

I can see that there might be a good reason to use a outside server if you want to go to a local store to pick up prints you ordered, but other than that it seems a waste of time.

But, to fully respond to your question, yes, there are these sort of service available Online. Just Google it and you will find plenty of offers for this type of service.

Now, you need to be aware that anytime data leaves your computer and is placed on an outside Server, your data no longer is secured by the privacy laws in our country. If you have any personal information or data that you don't want the entire world to access one day, keep it secured on your computer in your home. I have read far too many reports of how Yahoo or Google has turned over private information of users who contracted with these giants to hold their data. The law currently is when it leaves your computer and home it no longer falls under the U.S. privacy laws and is open for the taking. So, just be carefull what you upload. If you upload a naked photo of your baby or somebody elses baby, you could be misunderstood and charged with distributing child porn online, which is a crime punishable with up to life in prison.

I am only saying use common sense and don't allow anything which could be minconstrued to leave your computer or home.
