That's because the Mexican and Latin American countries are the worst offenders of coming into our country illegally. It's not racist, it's numbers and the illegality of those numbers of people. I want all illegals out of our country no matter where they are from originally. This is a legal issue not a racist one, only the illegals have screamed about race when Hispanic is not even a race to begin with now are they?

see this just another misunderstanding on your side of the argument. You have got to get past this whole race thing and start trying to understand the facts.
It has nothing to do with race. It has to with sovernty ! If you were still living in your homeland of Mexico and Americans were pouring over the border at the rate of a million a year. The first thing you would hear from Mexican citizens is an outcry about sovernty. Fearing there country would be influenced by non citizens...... but would that necessarily be racist ? No !
You need to reconsider your position regarding American "Racism". It belittles a very legal and justified argument made by Americans of every race. Americans are the most free thinking most accepting people in the world. Your position regarding the motives of the "anti-illegal" movement is one of ignorance and indoctrination by those who share your agenda.

We share a border with Mexico so I the issue lies in the numbers - it's just that the majority of illegals are Hispanic.
I believe if Canadians were coming over by vast numbers the immigration policy/aggression would be equally applied - probably more so because people would be mad that the Canadians understand English and were blatantly ignoring us.
I do think other cultures should be judged as well. I'm tired of Chinese people sorting through my garbage for cans every night before trash day. They leave it out all over for me to pick up!
Happy Holidays!

Yes, over 90% of the people affected by the immigration laws are hispanic because that is the percentage of them that are criminal illegal aliens. This is not racism, just facts.

Let me tell you how it can't be all racist! I personally know a lot of Mexican people who are here legally and they don't like the Illegal aliens breaking the law to get here either! Yes there is racism in this country!
If your illegal your a criminal and you are going to be looked at that way!
Playing the race card will not change the fact that you are illegal!
I understand your position, but you need to quit trying to justify it as having anything to do with race!

So what about if these "Wet Backs" each had a bomb when they sneak into the USA ?
Fortunately they are mostly honest God-fearing decent people who simply want to earn their living not free-load like the middle-easterners who apply for assistance before they know how to say good morning.
In any case the problem is not really the Hispanics but the border----right now the Anti Al Kaida screening that applies to this border is in effect being carried out by Coyotes ! Not the dogs but those tender, loving, souls who herd the "Wetbacks" in vans without ventilation at the cost of $50/head dead or alive. Further to this is the embarrasment to the US Government is that they are powerless to do anything about it.
It might be better if the screening were run by dogs !
The term embarrassment is loosely defined ! Hell some of 'em are proud of what goes on !
I would not care if they were purple if they are arriving in an uncontroled crossing I worry !
It just so happens that I like Hispanic people, and I find them to be far more interesting than many other groups I see around me. Mexicans in particular are ok by me if for no other reason than they are neighbors !
It seems to me that Mexico is a doormat for S.American immigrants to the USA ?

Hispanic is not a race. There are many different races in Hispanic culture, from blonde, blue-eyed Spaniards to black Caribes, and every shade in between. One South American president was even second-generation Japanese.
Playing the race card is just a feeble attempt at a smokescreen by people who have no other cards to play.

Hispanic is an ethnicity.. not a race. Further, the genetic composition of the illegal aliens coming in from Mexico is very similar to all the rest of the Americas, and so.. common races cannot win a fight with a bogus call of the ugly, dirty and overused word .....RACISM

So what you are saying is this, correct?
We are racists because our laws which have been in effect for decades are adversly affecting Hispanics who choose to violate them now despite knowing that illegal immigration is illegal in any country in the world.
Your logic is faulty on so many levels.

In the US more than 90% of the criminals are hispanic so they put themselves at risk by breaking the law, but it can never be racist because hispanic isn't a race.
