A good question again.
Pehaps our the answer could be that our imperfection makes us susceptible to these viruses. Many things occur naturally that don't effect humans. Aids is a new phenomenon in humans; but the virus may not be that new. Our imperfection has made us prone to these things, notably by certain immoral practices and through blood transfusion.
Mankind has continued to spread disease by his own lifestyle, who knows what this has done to promote the development of new strains of virus.
Animals are different as they were not created in god's image and were not created to live forever.
David B :
How do you know what voluntary work Jehovah's Witnesses do? Jehovah's Witnesses are one of the first on the scene at any disaster to help. Caring for their brothers and the local community too, at a cost of millions of pounds.
We get acused of brainwashing our children and yet we introduce our children to every religious and Atheistic idea out there by taking them with us on the ministry that Jesus commanded all his followers to do.
Jesus clearly thought this work was important and so do we.
Please don't use reasonable questions as an opportunity to air your ill informed prejudices.
Jade: It was not Michael that rebeled against god. Michael is the name given Jesus in his role as archangel in heaven.
It was Michael who battled with the devil to oust him from heaven as described at Rev 12 :7
Jesus is the only one spoken of in scripture as speaking with "an archangels voice".

Most of the things in existence have other purposes. Viruses, bacteria, and diseases if we were perfect, would have no effect on any of us. I will not pretend to know what all those purposes are as biology was never my strong suit.
I do know many of the chemicals inside our own bodies are lethal outside of it.
Other diseases have changed over the years due to changes made in our society to become more lethal. I am informed enough to know the treatments of today would not work on the same diseases, say half a century ago and vice-versa.
Even today, some humans are immune to the same threats that would put others in a hospital. There has always been those microscopic critters performing functions on their own. It is our human blundering that gets us in so much trouble. God promises an end to such problems as people will be restored to perfection on earth.

Adam and Eve being created perfect also had perfect immune systems.
People come in contact with many harmful things, but because of our immune system these harmful things don't make us sick.
When our immune systems aren't able to overcome the different attacks on our bodies we become sick.
When Jesus applies the full benifits of the ransom in our behalf we will once again (like Adam) have an immune system that will fight off all diseases.
Rev 21:3,4 states that once God places his tent over us, death, pain will be done away with.
3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
At this time all things that cause disease will again do what they were orignially created for.

Well, it's not that easy.
I don't believe we were born imperfect. But I believe the question you are asking is why we have imperfect health.
And there are generally a couple of reasons:
1 - Hereditary - some will say this is Karma from past lives or the sins of the parents passed on for 7 generations. I believe this is God's way of saying; you have an issue with something so I'm going to allow you to have a disease so you can learn to deal with the issue you have. It could be an issue with a parent or with the child or both.
2 - Environmental - Regardless of whom you talk to; survival of the fittest is part of Mother Nature's way. And to keep things balanced Mother Nature can cause issues with species in order to bring things back into balance. This also includes putting the human body in contact with items that help to poison the body and allow disease to flourish more readily.
3 - Self developed - many say disease is actually brought on by dis - ease of the person's thoughts and thinking. By being, acting, thinking of being ill at ease dis - ease is the result. That by thinking incorrectly you can leave yourself open to attack or disease sets in.
So in summary, Mother Nature trys to balance all animal populations and that is part of the issue / cause of some diseases. Hereditary and self developed issues allow other diseases to grow.

God created this perfect angel called Micheal. He started talking behind God's back to the other angels, Micheal rebelled against God. Rebellion is sin. So God kicked him out of heaven, with 1/3 of the other angels. Micheal today is known as Satan or the devil. He brought sin into this world. But if you ask God He will give you power over sin. You choose.
If your asking, why God didn't just destroy Micheal, then I have your answer. If he did, then the other angels would just follow him because they would be scared that if they did something wrong then God would destroy them. But he let us choose. He is loving, He wants people to really, truly believe in Him because of love. Not a threat.

No its not adam and eves fault, it was meant to be for them to eat from the tree, it was GODS will. We're created imperfect so we could strive to build character with our free will and work our way up to perfection. You appreciate it a lot more when you work for things. Do you think you'd be as satisfied if it all were just handed to you from the beginning? GOD created all that exist.

We are not just born sinners, but we are born into a corrupted world where viruses and diseases are able to develop. Had they not eaten the forbidden fruit, we would all still be living in paradise where there was no sickness, death or shame.
Adam and Eve did not just pass their sin on to us, but also corrupted our inheritance (this planet).

"Jehovah" is the personal name of God the Father (the Almighty). There is only one Jehovah.
...(Deuteronomy 6:4) Jehovah our God is one Jehovah.
Jehovah's Witnesses are Christians.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not pretend to know why Jehovah God created certain dangerous creatures, but it seems arrogant and unproductive to presume that some human failure to understand the universe must reflect poorly on the Creator.
(Isaiah 45:9) Woe to the one that has contended with his Former...! Should the clay say to its former: “What do you make?”
(Romans 9:20) O man, who, then, really are you to be answering back to God? Shall the thing molded say to him that molded it, “Why did you make me this way?”
(Matthew 7:11) Therefore, if you, although being wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more so will your Father who is in the heavens give good things
(Job 9:2,10-12) How can mortal man be in the right in a case with God? ...Doing great things unsearchable, And wonderful things without number. Look! He passes by me and I do not see him, And he moves on and I do not discern him. ...Who will say to him, ‘What are you doing?’
Additionally, Jehovah's Witnesses note that Adam did not merely remove his family from the protection of Almighty God, but Adam was also responsible for a general "cursing" upon the ground.
...(Genesis 3:17) And to Adam [Jehovah] said: “Because you [sinned] cursed is the ground on your account.
Combined with the collapse of the atmospheric water "canopy" mentioned in the Deluge account, it seems quite logical to suppose that this earth has suffered since humankind chose to remove itself from divine protection and blessing.
...(Genesis 7:9-11) They went in by twos to Noah inside the ark, male and female, just as God had commanded Noah. ...all the springs of the vast watery deep [Or, “surging waters; water canopy.” Heb., tehohm′] were broken open and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.
Incidentally, the possibility cannot be ignored that perhaps the interactions of organisms were always intended to require the direct ongoing oversight of God and His angels.
...(Romans 1:20) [God's] invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made
...(Matthew 10:29-30) Do not two sparrows sell for a coin of small value? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Of course, true science harmonizes with the bible.

I think you need to focus your question somewhat, you are making some sweeping generalizations about "Christians".
We become ill because we are mortal, otherwise the human race would overpopulate. Viruses and bacteria are living organisms too and they have evolved long before (and continue to do so)the little time humans have actually existed on this Earth. Why people feel science and religion are mutually exclusive always surprises me.

The Bible indicates that the whole of creation was thrown out of kilter by the entrance of human sin. Even the ground was cursed. After the flood, God permitted the eating of animal flesh as food, indicating a deterioration in conditions. This might have been due to climatic changes and God knowing that vegetation alone would not suffice to sustain a growing human population. Perhaps there would be a huge increase in locusts and germs - who knows? But in the New Testament we get this statement:
'For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselvs, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.' (Romans 8:19-23) So God has planned it this way, along with a glorious outcome.
I'm responding as a Christian, not a Jehovah's Witness. My distress for the JWs is that less than 1% of them have this hope of redemption as the sons of God, yet every last one of them could do if they just took God at his word and exercised their right, by faith, as believers in Jesus, to be born of God (John 1:12-13).
