Why don't they have a "not interesting" button? I think we could really use one in the Photography section sometimes...

The asked and answered button suggested in the first answer could be applied to many sections. I also look at the Rail board. If I had a 1p for every time somebody has asked about 'the rocks around a railroad track' I'd be very rich. Same here - and on the 'camera' section. 'How do I make a picture black and white with just one colour'. Don't these folk bother to look at the 'similar questions' which would come up when they start typing?

I read some questions that are so bizzare or convoluted, that I just HAVE to click in to see if there is more information available. Sometimes I see a question that is several days old with, absolutely no responses.
Pretty sure that the "not interesting" message gets across, back to the one posting it, if NO ONE responds.
Hi Dr. Sam. I STILL get a chuckle over the "dentists not being creative" post.

haha That's the truth. We do need one. They have an interesting button, but what if it's not interesting. It just stays neutral if no one votes for it. I vote for that button. Maybe since you're what...#80 top contributor, you should put in a suggestion, and maybe they'll act on it.

Got my vote. I haven't been answering questions long but the number of already answered questions or off topic questions being asked (which photoframe? how to make black and white pics? which camera is best for taking pictures? etc.) are certainly tedious.

"Who is the prettiest?"
"Do you think I could model?"
"Which DSLR can I buy for under $400?"

Yeah, I think we could use that button.
