i have a side fringe at the moment and my face shape is square and slightly oval and a my cheeks are a bit chubby, my forehead is 4 fingers wide, would a full fringe suit me?

It would help if we could see your picture, but your description sounds as if a full fringe ("bangs" in American English) might make your face look too short and/or broad. On the other hand, if four fingers is the VERTICAL width of your forehead, a fringe might look great! In any case, try this (if your hair is long enough): comb your back hair forward over your forehead and look at the result. What do you think?

i might think of that till you have an excellent length oval face then a perimeter might make it look ideal heavy..... why no longer attempt finding at short to shoulder length layered looks with a facet-swept tapered fringe? possibly highlights or lowlights to deliver greater of the colour of your hair out .... you would be bowled over how properly this works......
