okay i m about 5'8 and i'm 200 pound but i have a small hand and small arm so footballs pretty big for my size when i secure it around my arm pit i can't really run fast with it cause ican't move my arm. should i stick it between my bicep muscle hard ? any suggestion?

you should cradle the ball so that your hand covers the tip of one end and the other end is placed in the elbow joint.

also remember to keep the ball on the side of the body that is closest to the side line. this way in case of a fumble or if the ball get bated out of your arms the odds of it rolling out of bounds is increased.
