HAHA, I was just at a ski shop looking for the same thing, figured Id invest in a couple pairs if they actually kept them on and could get wet.

What I found was a couple pairs, that actually did go up to the elbows. You could put these on either over or under the jacket. Ive also bought those clips you at least clip to the coat and mitten so you dont lose them. But I have no idea on the brand.

The other kind I got were half glove half mitten, where the mitten part folds over the exposed fingers from the gloves. Found those at Kohls. At least with those its easy to get the fingers in and they had some vinyl parts, not just the fleece.

I always put yarn from glove to glove inside the coat just long enough for her to put them on and then put her arms in the coat... This way I could get any mittens or gloves for her and just attach the yarn and I was good to go. I also haven't lost a mitten yet!

I got these great ones at please mum last year, the velcro is from the thumb to wrist so it is easy to put on and it had a velcro strap that went around the wrist to tighten it on, plus I would tighten the sleeve around it.
