can the military evict a single soldier from government housing and deny BAH for any reason?

No, generally if you did something that would require you to be kicked out of the barracks.

You would be court martialed or administratively separated from the military.

This is for a single soldier.

Ive never heard of a single soldier being kicked out of the barracks for any reason.

If you were a problem child, they would start by giving you an ART 15 and work up from there.

they can be kicked out of the Barracks for violating any of the in place regs, such as drinking, drugs, having members of the opposite sex in your room, violating curfew, failing room inspections etc. and yes, you can be denied BAH if you lose Barracks for any of these or other similar reasons.

Yes they can and I see it happen all the time. It is usually at the commanders discretion. Untidy, dirty living area, if you have a family, all of the above as well as to include unruly kids who cause mischief-yep, they can. Those are just some examples, but yes they can and will.
