Although as mentioned they fall short of the "battleship" class!
Mostly small landing craft.
The Air Force actually has 3 cargo ships also. The Maj. Bernard F. Fisher, Capt. Steven L. Bennett and A1C William H. Pitsenbarger. They are designated for movement of munitions, taking some of the load off the Navy so thaey can focus a bit more on fighting. Still due to the Key West accord the services allowances are vey lineated. so if the Army has ships they are certainly of this class.

The army actually has about 200 vessels. A number of them were in Baltimore this weekend for the Army-Navy game. The Navy training craft I was with were moored next to a 313' Army logistics ship.

These include landing craft & logistics ships mostly (cargo ships, hospital ships, troop transport ships...).

Actually the US Army has more boats and ships then the Navy. They are not armed like the Navy ofcourse.

Most are troop ships for transport and run mostly by the Merchant Marine.
