well he'll always be glancing at you, or staring. and if he's confident enough he will come up to you and start a conversation. sometimes they will flatter you nonstop. othertimes they will gently touch you or brush up against you. it really depends on the guy

He wants to spend time with you, not in a group. Aside from him simply telling you, that's pretty much it. Sure, he can stare at you and talk to you, but friends do that too.
If you like him, tell him. Or ask him to do things with you, like go to the movies. Guys don't get subtle hints, so you need to be direct.

uh i get like shy and kinda just give her comp. and stuff like that
i usually just tell them their beautiful but some guys dont do that so
