Yes, but what is the point in asking? Will any answer help you? I believe in God, by personal experience, but that doesn't mean I believe everything others say about God.

Why believe In something that Is not real.

apparently we are gods children?
and as we pass on a piece of ourselves to our children then i guess in all truth he is right. he is god or part of him is anyway.
Jesus i think was a wise and clever beyond his time probably along the lines of egyptions who have puzzled mankind to this day as how could they do things such as pure gold and pyramids with out technology?
do i believe in god? yes but not how the bible puts it across. he's more of a great ancestial dad or you could say if you believe in the bible he is adam but its up to you

I could spiel off many arguments: theological, philosophical, psychological and sociological both for and against this question about a God-belief, but you have probably heard some of them already.
What I will say is that, if God had wanted to show herself to humankind, she would have done so by now and taken away any doubt.

people that believe in religion are dangerous misdirected hypocrites they always mix it with politics Islam has the same problem they are fanatic and self righteous losers that's one of the reasons there are so many wars they hide be hind it look at Bush with his so called crusades that i thought were over in the 16 th century when they stoped drowning witches look at the Evangelists on TV that con people out of their money so they can live like kings . god today is used as a tool to suck people in ask Benny him,swagger, jimmy baker,pat Roberts they should all be in jail. i think you know my answer by now.

Since everyone interprets God differently I imagine there are more than one. I believe in something but probably not recognisable as your God or anyone elses.

Firstly my belief, is that i want there to be a God but unfortunately my brain is too logical to allow that to be a probable fact. so....
i believe that everyone is an atheist except their own subconscious, wants them to believe in God.
I think that everyone is, like me in some way, a hopeful atheist, just some people take it much further and actually practice religion to enforce it upon themselves. who wants to believe that life is completely over when its over after all.
unfortunately that is the sad scientific fact.
