they're not GOOD for dogs. but in moderation, they shouldn't do anything drastic. be careful in case your dog chokes on them, though. (and so you know, macademia nuts & black walnuts -- VERY bad.)

Here's a list of foods that are bad for your dog:

Foods to Avoid Feeding Your Pet
- Alcoholic beverages
- Avocado
- Chocolate (all forms)
- Coffee (all forms)
- Fatty foods
- Macadamia nuts
- Moldy or spoiled foods
- Onions, onion powder
- Raisins and grapes
- Salt
- Yeast dough
- Garlic
- Products sweetened with xylitol

There may be others, but this is what I found when I googled.

Not a problem unless she is eating shells and all. Check to see if he is crushing them down and avoiding at least some of the shells. You may need to keep them picked up. He's got to have the cleanest digestive track in the world.

My poodle loved them and would bring them to me to shell for her. I didn't like cracking them for myself and i would sit and shell for her.
