Definitely, we love to laugh at ourselves.
They say that as Jews, we've learned to laugh at ourselves...
... because it's always been too dangerous to laugh at anyone else : )

Yes. Jews are far less hung up on themselves than some Christians. I have worked at a couple of Jewish owned businesses and always joked that I was the token Gentile. They were a couple of the most pleasant jobs I ever had. And fun.

Yes, all the time! I have several huge books full of Jewish humour, and I love reading through them; they always make me laugh out loud.
Many non Jews also enjoy Jewish humour, and know how to tell a Jewish joke. The key thing is that true Jewish humour is never offensive and does not endorse the spiteful stereotypes that are still voiced about people of our faith today.
Here, let me summarise most Jewish festivals for you:
'They tried to kill us, we won, let's eat!'
There you go: a Jewish joke!
HEY MAMA_PJAMA how you doing? :) Thanks for that lovely link to all those jokes, I am going to have a great time reading them!
EDIT 2 FOR MAMA_PJAMA

Here is a Jew who collected a TON of Jewish jokes and posted them on the internet to share with EVERYONE!
ENJOY!!! http://www.haruth.com/jhumorlink.htm
EDIT: You're welcome, paperback!
I think I gave away one of my best kept "secrets"..where I get so many of my Jewish jokes that I've shared in Yahoo over the past few years! LOL!
Here is one I haven't told yet :
An Englishman in New York stopped at a window in the middle of which stood one lone clock.
The Englishman went inside.
- He-llo!
- he sang out.
From behind a curtain stepped a bearded man in a skullcap.
- Would you please inspect this watch? - The Englishman worked at the strap.
- Tell me whether it needs...
- Why are you asking me?
- asked the bearded one.
- Aren't you a jeweler? -
- No. I'm a moyl. -
- A what? -
- A moyl. I make circumcisions.
- Good Lord! - exclaimed the Englishman.
- But why do you have a clock in your window?! -
- Mister, - sighed the moyl,
- what would you put in the window? -

Sure they do. I used to work with a Jewish man who did this CONSTANTLY. There was a down-side to his sense of humor though: every month, we would all have breakfast together; whenever anyone asked "does anyone want juice?" he would say "sure, what's not to like about Jews?"
It was only funny the first time he said it. After that, not so much.

OMFG- I have a Jewish buddy that does that. I swear he's the most anti-semetic person I've ever met... sometimes he even offends ME! Every time I walk into work when he's there- his first words to me (in a very rich Jewish accent) are always "you're fired"...
even though I'm kind of his boss.
I'm lovin' it.
