Why would you do that, it's not a title that carries any legal weight, nor does it grant any legal rights to the holder of the title in the eyes of the Law....is it a matter of principle-had a falling out with the Godfather?
I'm not sure you can, Hon......contact the church where she was baptized for it's their records, it's not like changing a name on a birth certificate, which is an official State/County document, where there are legal issues/considerations/procedures.....however the Church handles it...if they even will....Good Luck

You can't deGodfather someone as much as you cannot debaptize anyone. Godparents have no legal obligation or rights towards their godchildren so there really isn't any point to changing them later on. The only obligation they have is to help you in the moral and spiritual upbringing of your child. If you don't agree with his style then just stop having him in your child's life. Godparents are there in a 'consultant' capacity, the actual raising of the child is still the parent's prerogative.

i don't know that it's possible. if it is allowed, you'll probably have to baptize your daughter again.
