Shivering Isles for PS3?

Question

will the PS3 version have the other add ons like Mehrune's Razor and the Dark Brotherhood Temple and such?

or does it just allow access to the shivering isles?

OR

since it is $30, should i just spend the extra money and buy the game for PC, and play it on that?
