if you waited all you could but ended up having (premarital) sex at say...26 or something, you might as well have had sex at 15?

(not speaking from experience, just freakin confused.)

And i suppose this is more of a religious question...

Thanks for any help you might provide.

No. Having sex at the age of fifteen indicates that you are an impatient s.lut (actually an acronym for Sexually Liberated Urban Teen).

If you have sex, even premarital, for the first time at 26, you are most certainly more honourable.

Though it is my personal belief that since sex is for reproduction, all sex for "recreational" purposes is immoral and disgusting, so frankly, I would not think better of one or the other if the motives were the same.

I think that you have to be ready to give up your virginity, i think that losing it is like the next step into adulthood, losing your innocence and letting go of your childhood. If you believe you are old enough to have sex, then you are old enough to become an adult and take the responsibilitys of sex. I personally believe that sex is a connection that you make with someone you love and care about, it is the ultimate way of connceting with someone on a spiritual and physical level and when you take this approach to sex you tend to feel more fulfilled and content.

Virginity is about sexual integrity before, and during marriage. It is a very difficult virtue, because God made sex very desirable so that the human race would continue. It means no sex before marriage and sex only with your spouse during marriage. It also means that married couples should not do any thing that drives the other party out of the marriage. This often causes one or both parties to break their marriage vows.

I am over 30 and a Virgin because of the affects of Autism but I don't believe I have to wait for marriage. If I find a kind and understanding woman, then I would be truly fortunate.

Relationship is about Love. Sex is a part of a healthy relationship that is complete and whole if you choose to do it as God has ordained. Between a man and woman in marriage only. God has set this standard for our benefit.

sex isnt a big deal dont listen to the bible listen to how ready you feel. You will probably enjoy it much more at 26 than 15 and you are better able to judge if you feel ready at that age, but its just a physical activity and i dont feel it is linked to religion or spirituality in any way. Its fun!

Well you would certainly be a little more mature at 26 and better able to handle it than you would at 15. Look, it's simple...if you aren't sure you are ready, you probably aren't. But it's just sex.

God, sometimes the truth is neither black nor white, but a subtle shade of grey- Alcatraz, The simpsons.

I have been told that a sin is a sin and all are judged the same. Then stealing my neighbors stapler would be judged the same as killing him with that stapler and then defiling his corpse with it? I don't think so.

Only the greatest gift you can give your new spouse, of course all the ones who gave it up at 14 will disagree. Nothing special to them.

it's a black and white issue in christianity... but dont worry. the bible belt has the highest rates of teen pregnancy, STDs and divorce.

guess heaven will be quite empty.
