How can I make the Office 2003 menus display in full mode always?

How can I make the Office 2003 menus display in full mode always?

I just want it to show the full menu when I click on something such as "File" or "Edit". I don't want to have to click that down arrow thing to expand the full menu.

Tools > Customize > Options tab

Check the Always show full menu check box
