I'm naturally slim. Also, I eat well, and only jog and do yoga.
What will happen to me if I don't lift weights?

with out utilizing weight bearing exercises as you get older you will be at a higher risk for osteoporosis, regardless of the fact that you practice yoga.

resistance training significantly increases bone mineral density. this is so important for women for the ages of 14-22 as these are the prime years to establish bone health. resistance training does help in the elderly but only a fraction as compared to when resistance training is performed when you are young.

nothing will happen to you.
Yoga is a pretty good strengthening exercise by itself.
If you lifted weights you would gain additional strength and some muscle mass

you wont get arm muscles you will still stay fit :D but arm muscles on fair women doesnt go well old girl like those woman with musucular boobs omg old boy thats rather ..disturbing lol
