Courts will always side with governement but it does not mean they are following the Constitution.

fortunatly I do not work abroad nor is my income taxable by current IRS standards. Also I am not trying to bring anyone from an outside country to the USA. I simply don't want my every move tracked, I do not want to be a number and should I make money that is taxable I do not believe the current system is legal. How many Americans have lost there home because of the IRS ?
Why should I loose any home I want to buy because I did not want to fund ilegal occupation, war and other peoples college education.
Each person is soveriegn and the master of there land by law however the FED has made sure we no longer truly own the title of allodial land and its TITLE but instead a deed that is taxable and not realy yours because they can take a deed away. Real land ownership cannot be taxed, you do not need permits do do what you want with your land.
This is the way our for fathers arranged our rights to prevent exactly what is currently happening..

Social Security numbers were first developed for the purpose of Social Security Benefits.
The number has become an easy way to identify individuals as easy number is unique to one person only.
Once issued it's yours for life. It's the law that each person by the time they are six months old have one.

I don't believe there is any way to "cancel" you SSN. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do without one (if your living in the US) You need them to apply for a job, get a loan, attend college, etc.
You may not agree that Social Security numbers are used for identification (which I agree, was never their original purpose) but the facts are, you can't do much without using one.
You can refuse to give out your Social Security number to anyone for identification, but be prepared!

I sounds like her social security is being deposited into an account that he can write checks on. Have her open another account that he does not have access to and he could not take the money from the account without her taking the money out and giving it to him.

Okay, so you've been an "expat" for 7 years, probably haven't filed a tax return in any of those 7 years, but still hold onto your US citizenship with a passion. (In common lingo, an expat is anyone who lives and works abroad; in tax lingo, an expat is someone who has given up their citizenship and is no longer taxed by the IRS....)
Were you ever planning on coming back to the US? Were you planning to bring any new family with you?
Immigration does have a tendency to start asking pesky little questions like did you file your tax returns each year. And they are not amused when you say you didn't have to because it's unconstitutional.

Why would U even try to cancel it? People will laugh at you for trying cause you can't. People might just call the FBI on you cause it's kinda of Leery thing trying to do. Only they can change it for you if you can figure that out.
