Great question- finally someone realizes that Christianity is a "pie in the sky religion"- is actually becoming like our Savior- and Jesus did suffer for us. For those who think we enjoy suffering- you are wrong- we don't- but we learn through growing in our faith, that sharing in His suffering brings us closer to Him, and we become more like Him. I will never say that Jesus "enjoyed" dying a cruel death on the cross, but He endured it with joy- because He knew that it would bring us out of darkness into His marvelous light.

I will pass. I have enough pain of my own to endure without joining some group that enjoys suffering.
