Jesus Christ came to this earth to die for the sins of the world

He loved us and knew we could not pay the debt of that sin. He paid it willingly laying his life down. If your trusting in anything but his blood sacrifice (sacraments, baptism, rituals) you will die in those sins and pay for them in hell.

Don't you mean "then why worship HER." Being as she gave birth and all, that pretty much makes her a woman. Oh, and I don't worship her, but thanks for your concern.
