This is basically a coincidental thing and has been shown to work on any sufficiently large volume such as "War and Peace".
Basically, the program will use "skips" of 1000+ characters to find related phrases, by skipping 1 to 1000+ characters between the letters of the word you're looking for, it is very easy to find anything you want.
In other words it is completely and totally a hoax.
