What is a good price for a Russian Blue/Siamese mix? I am trying to get ahold of one and want a reasonable price.

dukefenton, just because you don't like mixed breeds does not mean others don't. I know a lot of people like me who look for specific mixes because they like the way they look. I personally prefer mixed breeds.

First off, if it's a mix you shouldn't be buying it in the first place. No 'breeder' worthy of the name sells mixed breed kittens. Only an irresponsible scam artist would sell mixed breed animals. Why not adopt a nice homeless kitty from your local shelter? There's still an adoption fee (usually about $100) but you'll be helping a homeless animal instead of funding your local kitten mill.

I have one. He is 19 years old! I paid $15 for him, and if I bought another one today, I would only pay money if the kitten had vaccines and worming. They are not a breed, they are a mix. Just like any other cat.
Vaccine and worming, I may pay $25-50.

You can find what you are looking for at www.petfinder.com
The costs are reasonable and you will save the life of a kitty that might be killed. Good luck on finding your new best friend!
