Lets say i sort by Album Name. For most albums, the Albums get listed alphabetically, and the Track No. is also arranged by number. But when i scroll down to some other albums, The songs are listed together but they're not sorted by Track No.! How is this possible?

Is there a way to fix this?

When i click on the Albums column, the Albums get sorted, but some albums don't have the track no. sorted. But if i click the Track No. column, of course the tracks will all get sorted but the Albums won't.

I don't use Itunes but it sounds like the files are named differently. Have some got the track number at the start of the filename?

If it's not this then Itunes is probably picking up the track number information from the ID3 tag (you will be able to right click on the file and change it's properties and information)

yep you gotta go to the album that is not organized click on the first song then right click. Click on info and you should see towards the right middle it says track put the songs in the correct order by putting the number it is inside that track box example if the first song you see if the 3rd song put 3 in the track box and so on and when your done with all the tracks click ok and thats it they should all be in order.
