I don't know on any basis u can differentiate between thoughts and acts.
don't u think that our thoughts direct our acts.
so i should condemn it after the act is already took place!!!

There is killing in every religion as killing the apostates ,the gays, and pagan in Islam
"Kill them wherever you find them"

And in Christianity .""those my enemies who did not want me to be king - bring them here and kill them in front of me." somewhere in Luke

To respect and agree are in no way the same words or thoughts. It is always possible to respect a person and still disagree.

Killing for self defense or to save lives, can be moral. Morality is never simple. Traditional religion needs to advance in spiritual ideas and training techniques, so that it can elevate the morality of this planet, so as to keep up with technology, and science. I don't have a lot of respect for institutions that are stuck in the past, and not open to new, and good ideas from all sources. I want a better world, and religion is important, as a means to keep our morality up to the task, of keeping technology directed torward a good moral end, that will help us have a better and safer world.

i do no longer think of that maximum issues interior the Bible (and probable the Qur`an besides) might desire to be taken actually or you eventually finally end up believing that the earth replaced into created 6000 years in the past, that's it seems that nonsense. I watched a television software some time in the past, i think of it replaced into talked approximately as "Did Darwin Kill God" (might have this incorrect) the place a non secular student made the factor that contradictory passages interior the Bible frequently have a hidden meaning. My factor being that the Bible desires counseled and knowledgeable interpretation.

You get what you give.

The more people are treated with respect themselves, the more they will respect others. The more they are mocked and disregarded, the more they will mock and disregard others.

As for what their beliefs advocate, I believe people should be judged upon what they actually do. When people treat each other with respect, they do not kill, regardless of whether their religion says it's "ok."

Depends on if he's trying to kill people.

What people DO is important. What they believe is irrelevant. (Yes, beliefs can lead to actions, but not always...)

Edit: Do you really want to be arrested for your thoughts? Seriously, I think many things that I would NEVER do. Thoughts do not lead directly to actions. There is such a thing as self-control.

NO religion permit killing. If any, that is sacrifice of animals in the name of god. It is done on the believe.
THEY told us to respect everyone regardless of their religions because he is in everyone and religion is a path to achieve HIM.
As per SHRI RAMAKRISHNA guru of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA told that as somebody calls pani, jal, moya for water but water is water can be called in any name so follow any religion all leads to GOD.

Absolutely not, religions cannot be a special case any more, just because they may say its O.k to act in a certain way, it does not mean that it is. If you are being wrong, you are being wrong.

Tollerance is the magic word in today's society unfortunatley.
It would seem as though I am supposed to tollerate everyone regardless of what they put forth..........but for some reason.....all of these same people are intollerant of my Christianity.

Double-standard........go figure
