The Jehovah's witnesses are nothing more than a cult. These people have lied consistently about their history, covered-up child molestations, elder abuse,a nd the high suicide rate in favor of lies. There is no such thing as a paradise. Why do people think we are in space? We cannot survive long-term on this planet. It is just one of the many lies of this dangerous cult. I advise anyone to see such sites as E-watchman, Watchtower Information Service, Silentlambs.org, and Youtube. If you go to youtube, please put in the seacrh engine "The Watchtower is a cult" or " Jehovah's Witnesses are a cult". Please leave me any answers/feedback you have regarding this lying cult. Also, please see the Ekstra Bladet. They have written numerous articles about the lies of the Watchtower, and have even sent reporters to their world headquarters numerous times. These people are dangerous.

No, they do not join...and in the area I live(WA) I expect to see many of them leave the "cult" after the 14 year old boy died from refusing a blood transfusion that would have saved his life...

There are evil people all over the world who will use a position of trust (such as a church elder) to get close to children, it is not limited to JW's, these things go on in all religions, there have been numerous Catholic priests that have been found out for child abuse, believe me those people are very clever and will use anything to get to their prey, even the guise of a "holy person". JW is a branch of Christianity, I am sorry but no true Christian, or Catholic, or Muslim, or Buddhist, or whatever religion would ever consider abuse of a child acceptable, and they would certainly not be a true reflection on their chosen religion.

Everything following that is a lying, malicious, slandering rant. The answer to the question is really simple:
After ones research, those who have a meek and teachable heart condion have their eyes opened by Jehovah so that the lies presented by Satan's spiritual children no longer blind them to the truth. (John 8:44 - "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."
2 Corinthians 4:4 - "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.")
However, we can expect this, for from the days of the first century Congregation onward, people have been telling lies against us, just as Jesus foretold that they would.
(Matthew 5:11 - "Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake."
Acts 28:22 - "But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against.")

I don't see how these people can be dangerous at all! Here in Greece, young boys go to Jail instead of having to join the army (mandatory), and they are humble and kind. I compare them with the Orthodox and in comparison, these people are saints. If you want to rant about a dangerous cult, try the Catholic Church (not believers, but religious leaders) who have terrorized humanity with their atrocious acts of hate, war and greed for nearly one thousand years now.

Possibly the reason people after doing REAL research become Witnesses is, for one thing, we don't insult others for doing research or disagreeing with us.
