Ask the doctor, but it shouldn't matter, just as long as you don't swallow anything.

You can brush your teeth. And you can rinse your mouth. The reason that they ask you not to eat or drink anything is because you might throw up. The tiny bit of water that you might swallow while brushing your teeth isn't going to matter.

It will not change the results of your test. Don't worry.

I did , They only time that i didn't was when i went for my glucose test , because i was not sure my self but i was reassured by the Doctor when i called that i was able to just not to swallow it , But I ate before all 4 of my blood test for my pregnancy , did change any thing cause they are looking for hormones of pregnancy not sugars ...but if it is a glucose test they tell you to fast .

It is totally fine to brush your teeth! Just don't drink too much water with that. It will not alter the result at all.
Don't worry, hope your test goes well
