I'm white British, I have really dark hair. So does my mum, dad, brother, auntie, partner, as did my grandparents. It's actually not that rare. Blonde and red are rarer.

You need to go to the west of Ireland. Lots of white Irish have pale skin and black hair and dark eyes. Very attractive!

You need to define British. We have been invaded and colonised by people from other parts of the world a few times in the last couple of thousand years you know.

What? British white people have dark hair. My dads white and English and his hair's black.. who told you they don't? Most Brits have brown hair, then dirty blonde and it's uncommon to have blonde or red hair.

I guess where's a lot of people in England, who have dark hair. Maybe you just haven't seen anybody.
But I'm pretty sure it's also a genetic thing.
