I just finished writing an oral presentation, lots of online school work, and a lot of journals. It took me all night...

I have two energy drinks, Guitar Hero III, and lots of high-protien food. Do you know of anything else that will keep me awake for another 12 hours? It's 8:00am here...

Those kinds of drinks with enormous amounts of caffeine in them like Red Bull, Coca-Cola, etc. Drink lots of it.

Coffee is also good, but go for the real coffee, not instant coffee. Coffee made from the beans. Not only is it stronger, but it tastes better. :-)

There are also herbal "medicines" you might like to try, but they have not been proven to work. They may or may not. If you do try these, please consult with an M.D. first and take the bottle of tablets to the M.D. so they can see all the ingredients.

I don't reccoment consuming soda or coffee becuase this might cause a crash and in the end you'll fall asleep once it happens most likely. Though it depends on the person I guess. Eat fruit and veggies, they tend to give you more energy that lasts longer and won't give you such a bad crash. Also keep yourself busy doing something you like, watch a few movies or tv shows you like or play a video game. If you have fun before you know it the sun will be rising. Good luck!

well.. unless you keep taking energy drink or an energy pill and keep yourself busy your going to fall asleep..

But I just wanted to tell you.. that GH3 it's just awsome.. i could stay up all night just playing that..lol

My boyfriend and I play all the time just eating **** having fun.. good stuff =)

Besides energy drinks and high protein food.. There is another thing but i dont' think it appropriate for me to even tell you or give it to you as an option.. so I wont... And why are you trying to stay up?? I hope you dont' work or have school your killing your body and you'll never will be able to recover that sleep you missed. Don't drain your body like that you need rest. =)

Come on rock star.. you need all that energy saved..lo =)

whatever your reason for staying up is.. hope it's worth staying up.

Try having a power nap? 10-30 minutes will help.
have a fruit smoothie or juice
drink coffee
drink energy drink with glucose/guarna/ginsing
excersice a little
listen to fast loud music
play fast action games
drink fluids especially water
eat fruit (apples,banana,orange)
eat bread
get hyped up on sugar
focus on some mind bogoling questions
dance
drink tea
drink coke/pepsi ect (caffeine)
energy pills (no doz)
energy drink supplements,put in water like berocca

Caffeine in moderation. Drink one drink over an hour then drink the other one 5 hours later. Keep busy by playing your game, doing more schoolwork, or doing physical work.

When you do decide to sleep, make sure you give yourself at least 10 hours cause you will be dead to the world until your body decides it has enough rest.

ermm wel i pulled an all niter once too
and my advice is too:
DO NOT LIE DOWN AND REST UR HED
Drink lots of cofee.
run about like a morron lol
keep ur self buisy by jumping around
dO nott go on the computer or watch a movie, coz urs eyes get easily tired when u do that.
try talkin to a frend on the fone.
DONT READ A BOOK.
listen to loud music and try and dance.
make urself FOOD and eat lots.

Coffee and go out and walk for a while in the day time. After that get into your routine and in a few hours your daytime life rhythm will kick in. You won't feel perky but you will be able to stay awale..

try red bull or something. They have energy pills you can buy at convenient stores. You might want to think about those. Other than that I don't really know. Good Luck with that presentation.

stick to ur energy drinks. or those jax pills. They are great to keep u awake. but try not to take the pills and energy drink at the same time, might be dangerous.
