I am 100% positive that my lack of beliefs is the ultimate truth for ME.
Your truth probably works beautifully for you.

It doesn't seem to be a popular theme here on R & S, but 100%.
Many people respond to Christians' complete certainty (that they have found the only truth, in Christ) with reasons that work for them, and their lives. I am completely certain, for the following reasons:
1. I have had all the personal experience that I need and require that my faith has not been misplaced, whether that works for someone else or not. I am satisfied that the decision I made was correct.
2. I have proof. Again, if what constitutes proof for me does not begin to scratch someone else's surface, that is not my problem. The way I have lived my life and the choices I have made may not be the answer for a lot of people, but that's my business, my life, and something others need to work out for themselves.
3. In light of all that has been presented to debunk, and disprove the foundational truths of Christianity, nothing yet unearthed has convinced me that I am in error, or even slightly mistaken. And I have seen and heard plenty through the years.
Does the fact that I believe the word of God, and would like nothing more than for everyone to discover what I have, make me wrong? Of course not. It makes me ME. (It also makes me a person who wants to share the 'wealth'.) Frankly, global society could use some love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, humility, self-control, and brotherly love. For those who disagree, disagree. I'm okay with that.
Incidentally, that 100% assurance is reinforced daily. Particularly now that I spend so much time in R & S. All this debate is having a very positive effect on my faith. (Hanging out here is wreaking havoc with my sleep, but that's another story. ; )
I am very content with my choice. Saitsfied. Peaceful and happy. I hope that whatever everyone is working with is at least as fulfilling.
Hope I helped. God bless you.

There sure are a lot of different religious "beliefs" out
there. But, only one of them created the heavens, the
earth, and humans and that is the Holy God of the Bible.
None other of the gods ever did such a miraculous thing.
So, you are privileged to sincerely believe whatever you want, but you are probably sincerely wrong and that will
not get you into heaven for an eternity. Believing in the
correct and only God of Creation will ultimately be the
goal that will lead to eternity in heaven. So, my answer
then is 100% God is the ultimate truth.

I'm 100% sure that my religious belief is the ultimate truth, for me. For anyone else, it might not be...
What you believe is not important. Whether you truly believe what you claim, and honestly live by those beliefs, is what really matters.

The ultimate truth for me? About 55% sure. There's a lot of room for growth and new ideas. I'm not a dogmatist.
The ultimate truth for Joe Schmoe? No at all. I don't presume to know anything about anyone else's "ultimate truth."

I'm 100% certain that my religious belief is NOT the ULTIMATE truth.
I'm 100% certain that my religious belief is MY religious belief.
I'm 100% certain that others' religious beliefs are THEIR religious beliefs.
I'm 100% certain that I don't much like the fact that most people don't seem to agree with me. I suppose this is what I have in common with most of the rest.

Truth is the only ultimate truth and I'm pretty sure even that is perspective in human eyes.
I agree mine is also not 100% ultimate truth.

The hard part is, that in this world, there is nothing that is certain. We can have faith. We can have hope. We can even have some understanding. However, this does not mean we can know something. The best you can do is learn, meditate, and then have faith. Having faith means believing in something you can not see. That is hard. However, we believe in air, even though it is not always seen it is still there.

BY FAITH...!!!
The Bible is very candid to tell you that!
Hebrews 11:1-3 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.
Ignorance is the breeding ground of FAITH!

Every human being has broken one of the Ten Commandments at least once. Therefore, the penalty for breaking just one of the Ten Commandments is eternal damnation of your soul. Jesus Christ is the only Person who paid the price for your sins so that God could forgive you of your sins.
